I’ve been working in a fast-paced, highly stressful industry for over two decades.

As a consequence, I’ve done a lot of damage to my health, due to a lot of wining and dining, whether as part of my job or just to unplug. There was even a very long period that I was drinking almost every day, and smoking, to add fuel to the fire, so to speak.

This has resulted to high cholesterol, fatty liver among others.

Every year, I would have my executive check-up, and the doctor would always prescribe the highest dose of cholesterol medicine for 2 months.

I would take them religiously, and sure enough, it would go down.

At one point, my total cholesterol was at 286 (max normal level at 200), but the medicine took it down to 185, that was the story every year, but the doctor would not keep me on the meds on a regular basis because of risk of live damage.

And I thought that it was going to be the same cycle for the rest of my life.

Aside from my cholesterol issues, because of my lifestyle, I would feel sluggish almost every day – add in sports I would get tired easily and would get injured easily.

I tried to be active – badminton, basketball, etc., albeit inconsistent.

I even tried running because everybody started doing it, but had to stop because of a knee injury.

This was because I was obese (I reached 205lbs at one point but I’m not exactly sure if I was even heavier at any other period).

Surprisingly, I thought I was ok !

Even a doctor during my ECU said you don’t look obese !

With all these, coupled with my very strong family history of cancer, you would think I would find ways to seriously improve my health. But I didn’t.

Even when doctors would tell me to change my lifestyle, it wasn’t enough to push me to do so.

Also, for me it was just a canned recommendation.

I kind of knew that I had to do it, but didn’t know exactly what to do, much less how to start.

Doctors also normally don’t give you a plan on how to do it.

How was the Metabolic Reboot Program?

Then the program came into our lives.

During the first few days I already felt changes – I was beginning to have more energy, and was feeling a bit lighter.

These made me want to continue and fish the program more.

After just 9-Week, my bloodwork began to improve, and I was doing things that I haven’t done in about two decades.

My total cholesterol level went down to normal levels without any medication for the first time in so many years.

My triglycerides, which a high level increases the risk for heart attack was reduced by 50 %. And I no longer have fatty liver !!!

In summary, after the grogram, I started to become the healthiest version of myself since probably high school.

My metabolism has been running smoothly, as the program reversed all the bad I did to my body all these years.

And the feeling that I’ve had since the program has been amazing, which led me to level up my workouts !

I’m able to do things that I never thought I could do, or things I haven’t done since my high school days. I feel young again !

But there’s more… the side effect of having such great results in the external transformation.

I lost a total of 40lbs, and eight inches off my waist. But best of all, not only do I feel young, my body is also younger.

7 years ago, my body age was 57.

Doing the program and restoring my health made my body age go down to 38 years old !

That’s about 25 years added to my life, and I am so excited to enjoy more years with my wife and my 10-year-old son – knowing that I have a great chance to play with his kids in the future with still a lot of energy.

What were your favorites in this program?

I did the program last year, and it ended in July.

It’s now April, and I’ve continued with the principles I’ve learned as these have become part of my life already.

I am currently a senior executive for a large financial services company, and despite my busy schedule, I still am able to do the habits that I have formed.

Lastly, I am on the leg of my family vacation.

You would think that following the principles strictly will deprive you of having a good time.

The good news is, I didn’t deprive myself, but the program allowed me to be more conscious of everything, and squeezing in workouts as much as I can, while enjoying everything during the vacation.

So this program is very sustainable, and you are all so blessed to be here !

I am so excited to see all your transformations as well.
