Tell us about yourself before doing Metabolic Reboot Program.

I am a working Mom and like many other people, I did not feel the need to find time and interest in exercise.
I worked weekdays, I rest and enjoyed time with family on weekends.
I had been always slim, or underweight, or thin, whatever you want to call it.
I took pride in eating what I want and not gaining a single pound.
The need to exercise was never there.
Thought having had a low immune system, easily caught infection, and often gotten tired, I was not awarded that I was an early-stage diabetic, it was such a surprise.
Having an inactive lifestyle was just a standard for me.
How was the Metabolic Reboot Program?

So I came to the Metabolic Reboot Program and joined because there was nothing to lose.
At the beginning, I did not imagine that I would gain so much from this experience. Starting the program made me eat better, supplement better, and doing exercise had become to be a part of my regimen.
In 60 days, I had improved blood test results and gotten a leaner and stronger body with energy I never had before.
What were your favorites in this program?

It has been about a year since I joined the program, the one, who used to live a sedentary lifestyle is a runner now.
And it’s not a running for leisure.
In less than a year after the program, I have run a full marathon.
I am currently training for my next 42 km race !
Who would have imagined my current shape ?
But more importantly, I am an active mother who spends quality time and do activities together with my little sons.
And also with my husband, who had completed an amazing transformation just like me.
A 42-year-old woman with a metabolic age of 18, that’s me !
I have a long race named “a life” and I will be running that path strongly for sure !
