Tell us about yourself before doing Metabolic Reboot Program.

I thought I was OK, but apparently, I wasn’t.
Spent a lot of time behind the computer, when it comes to priorities, being active was not really one of them.
I had high cholesterol.
I had high triglycerides.
My mother’s diabetic.
My grandfather passed away from complications with diabetes.
We have a long line of heart disease and diabetes in our family.
Found out that I was diabetic, didn’t really feel that much, but, When I found that out, that that actually scared me.
How was the Metabolic Reboot Program?

I was introduced to the Metabolic Reboot Program through course a family member.
Before the program, I was in the worst shape of my life, both inside out.
It really was a wakeup call and now I can say that I’m in the best shape of my life, even better than my 20s for sure.
The question about “how are you?” and not really knowing how I was, just relying on feeling, I think really spurred me to go and take it seriously.
And I’m just looking forward to all of the possibilities in the future.
I saw a 50% reduction in my total cholesterol, over 120 points.
I saw 75% improvement in my triglyceride levels.
And from 8.7 HbA1C, I went down to 4.8, which is tremendous.
What were your favorites of this program?

Being part of the group, especially having a team lead, was crucial in my opinion.
People going through the same things and seeing them push even if it wasn’t that easy all the time.
Seeing them also inspired me to sort of just be better, be better than the last time.
And by doing so and having the team lead really guide us step by step, I think was one of the key factors as to why I got the results.
There’s no better support group than your spouse.
I think we both were able to push each other towards getting results.
You’re able to give people the opportunity to be healthier and improve their quality of life.
And seeing that it can work for anybody with any kind of lifestyle, I’m very confident that they can.
