Tell us about yourself before doing Metabolic Reboot Program.

So before the Metabolic Reboot Program, I always felt that I was already doing enough.
I did not know what high cholesterol meant.
I did not know what status I was.
And then when I saw my blood work, my LDL was so high, my cholesterol level was 267.
So apparently, I was a walking time bomb, and I did not know that.
So when I got my blood work and I saw that I was pre-diabetic, I went to panic mode because I actually have an aunt that passed away from diabetes.
That scared me.
How was the Metabolic Reboot Program?

In this program, I did not feel deprived.
I was actually enjoying what I had to do.
For example, the exercise program, right?
So it’s actually a lifestyle that was easily incorporated into my old lifestyle and I did not have to change it back to what it was.
My cholesterol level went down by like 40%.
If I go back to my blood work, I’m not pre-diabetic anymore.
What were your favorites parts of this program?

It has absolutely changed my life to become a better one, a healthier one, a longer one, and yes, a more beautiful one.
I think the amazing thing about the Metabolic Reboot Program is that it develops a very good habit, not just on how we eat, not just on our exercise program, and not just on taking our supplementation, it actually literally changes our lifestyle and a lifestyle that is sustainable, which I love.
