I have diabetes.

I have hyperlipidemia, high cholesterol.

Those are lifestyle diseases.

For the past five years, I was living in fear.

Fear of diabetes.

The skin on my right foot was peeling off and it was bleeding.

There was like weird fluid coming out and I couldn’t do anything about it for two days.

And I was telling my wife, are they going to cut my foot off?

The program saved my life and it’s not just hope for me.

It’s hope for my entire family.

What the program really gave me is not a short-term solution.

So I think of the program as like 60 days of tuition.

It’s like an education where I learn how to live life, how to enjoy life in a healthy manner to sustain it, not deprive myself, not starve myself, but really have fun with my life and have fun with my family.

I no longer live in fear, but it becomes a day of hope, a day of possibility.

So really my children will probably have longer, more quality years to spend with their papa.

There’s a picture that I have, gym shorts and a muscle pose.

That was actually taken just three weeks into the program.

Everything is up to me.

If I want to go skiing somewhere, go skydiving, that Trump’s all of those.

That’s why I’m excited to share this with my family.

I’m the happiest and most energized I’ve ever been.

I’m going to live this way for the rest of my life.

And the amazing thing is, this will definitely rub off on my kids.

And not just rub off, but I am consciously going teach them what to do with their health also.

So they don’t need to be living with the fear that I had.

They don’t need to be living with diabetes or high cholesterol.

So the only way to solve them is by making lifestyle changes.

And doctors will tell you that you need to do a lifestyle change.

But unfortunately, they’re not trained to say just exactly how you need to change your lifestyle.

So here I learned that just by changing a few of my lifestyle habits, I can change my life and change where my life is going.

And the program taught me how to do just that.

Everyone deserves to be in the best health of their life, because sometimes you don’t know what you’re missing until you’re there.

Enjoy life in a healthy manner.

Life is enjoyable.

It’s meant to be lived, and the program taught me how to do just that.
