Tell us about yourself before doing Metabolic Reboot Program.

I’ve been big all my life.

I was living a very busy but sedentary life and I’ve tried a lot of programs.

I’ve tried a lot of diets and it never seemed to work.

I lose a bit, but I could never keep it off.

Honestly, before the Metabolic Reboot program, I’ve pretty much given up.

I was resigned to just being overweight the rest of my life.

Even if I plan to exercise, it never works out and by the end of the day, I’m just too tired to do anything.

How was the Metabolic Reboot Program?

I was actually surprised that a short amount of time, I was actually able to improve my blood work.

That was the biggest thing.

During the program, my initial blood results was actually improved.

But it was actually after the program that for the first time ever in my whole life, that my cholesterol was actually at a normal level.

It’s within the normal range.

There was never a time that I felt deprived, nor there was never a time that I actually starved during the program, which was very, very different.

What were your favorites parts of this program?

I’ve done a lot.

I probably, since the time I was 13, I’ve done more than 20 programs, from gyms, to programs, to diets.

You name it, I’ve probably done it or tried.

And no.

Some of them actually get the blood test work, the blood tests or the blood work, but it’s not about actually checking how bad I am inside.

One thing that I was actually surprised of was the amount of weight that I was actually able to lose as well during the program itself.

I have family history of diabetes, heart disease, so I knew I was going to end up in the hospital.

So, you know, I was more interested in the fact that it can fix my blood work.

And one thing that I really loved about it was that it’s all about education.

It’s all about giving me the information that I need in order for me to actually make that step to actually change my lifestyle.

You know, the support that I get, not only from the team, but from the coaches as well.

I was off the program and I was still actually improving my lifestyle.

I was still actually eating properly.

I was still exercising.

It’s like the program actually ingrained the habit in me.

It’s not a lot of taking away the food.

It’s more replacing it with something that is actually as good, but it’s actually nutritious.

No one, no program has ever offered to fix my inside so that I can fix my outside.

No program actually focuses first on what is going on inside me.

The outside is just secondary.

MRP is so different because here it actually fits with my life.

It doesn’t restrict me so that I am able to do what I need to do without me having to say, “oh, I can’t do that because I’m on a diet”.

I don’t see it as a long way to go.

The fact that I can be able to help them, I don’t think there’s any other program out there that can actually do that.
